Long Way From Home, at its core, is a blog documenting the stem cell transplant process from the perspective of a young adult patient (that’s me).
I’m quickly learning that stem cell transplants touch every part of your life. Because of that, I’ll naturally be sharing pieces from every corner of mine as I navigate this journey.
Throughout treatment and beyond, I’ll be sharing the good days, the bad days, and everything in between. I’m still figuring all of this out, but I’m sharing as I go in the hope that some of it resonates with others who are facing, or preparing to face, something similar.
